Craftsmanship & Materials

Each Carlie bed is made from Baltic Birch Plywood — a premium decorative hardwood with a veneer core known for its strength and smooth finish. Because wood is a natural material, subtle variations in grain, color, and texture are part of what makes each piece uniquely yours. All products are wiped down before packaging; a light dusting with a hair dryer or air compressor upon unboxing is all it takes to get it guest-ready.

Assembly

Assembly is straightforward and satisfying. All hardware and detailed instructions are included. Note: wood joints may be snug depending on humidity — a rubber mallet (or a hammer wrapped in a t-shirt) does the trick.

We ship across the USA. Orders to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or international destinations may incur additional shipping fees — we'll reach out with an invoice for any applicable charges. International customers may also be responsible for local customs duties and taxes upon delivery.
