The TILLY is made from 1/2" USA Baltic Birch Plywood — a premium decorative hardwood with a veneer core known for its strength and smooth finish. Because wood is a natural material, subtle variations in grain, color, knots, and texture are part of what makes each piece uniquely yours. All products are wiped down before packaging; a quick pass with a hair dryer or air compressor upon unboxing removes any residual wood dust.

Finishing Options

The TILLY arrives untreated and looks stunning in its natural birch finish. It takes paint, stain, and sealant beautifully — apply after assembly for best results. If using near water or in outdoor-adjacent spaces, we recommend sealing after assembly.

We ship across the USA. Orders to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or international destinations may incur additional shipping fees — we’ll reach out with an invoice for any applicable charges. International customers may also be responsible for local customs duties and taxes upon delivery.
