Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24-48hrs. for tracking information to become active in the carrier system.
Shipping Delays
ZENVY is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather conditions, or other factors outside of our control. Delays may also occur during peak seasons such as holidays or promotional periods.
Incorrect Shipping Information
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all shipping details are accurate at checkout. ZENVY is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If an order is already in transit, we may not be able to modify delivery details.
Lost or Stolen Packages
ZENVY is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact the shipping carrier first to file a claim. We will also do our best to assist you where possible.
Damaged or Defective Items
