It has an outside pocket for ammo and accessories, plus a quick disconnect harness and a removable waist strap. It was designed around a Ruger Super Redhawk with a 7.5” barrel and scope. This hunting shoulder holster is one size and can fit most scoped handguns while the bottom of the holster is open to accommodate longer barrels.
